Returns, Cancellations:

 

Due to the nature of these products all sales are final upon Delivery.  Although returns are not allowed, You have the right to refusal if Products arrive damaged or if Orders are incorrect.  You are still responsible for the Local Delivery fee if all or any portion of the order is refused, however in the rare case of incorrect deliveries, You are entitled to one (1) complimentary delivery to correct the order. 

 

Order cancellations may be honored up to five (5) days in advance of receiving Orders.  Any cancellation requests made within five (5) days may not be honored, and You may be held responsible for no less than 50% cost of the Order or 100% cost of the Order for specialty, custom, or large bulk orders.
